Obituary - Steve Sharpe 1/3/1943 - 9/4/2024
A dedicated healer and stalwart of several healing organisations died this morning. Steve had been ill with cancer for some time, and had been determined to overcome this challenge with the power of healing in addition to his medical care - and lived for much longer than was expected in the circumstances.
Steve joined the Jewish Association of Spiritual Healers, and latterly became chairman, and organised much of the running of this group; he was also one of the team running the British Alliance of Healing Associations.
He was a member of the Doctor Healer Network for many decades, and had the role,of membership Secretary in recent times. His cheerful presence was always a delight at our meetings, and I expect his Black Cab customers were equally uplifted when travelling with him. The only photo found and shown here shows him in his cab, and not having photos was part of his humble attitude - but he was truly a giant in the healing world.

The DHN is having a meeting to honour Steve this Saturday 13th April 2-3.30pm at Rudolph Steiner House, 35 Park Road, Regents Park, London NW1 6XT and all are welcome to attend this free event - do bring any photos and your memories to share.
